
Jean-Pierre Lévesque Gauvin is an intrapreneur turned entrepreneur and fractional COO with 25 years spent driving transformation across every stage of the organizational life cycle. His work focuses on aligning customers, products and operations, whether scaling up young companies, opening new product lines and markets, rebranding or digitally transforming established organizations, or leading post-transaction (M&A) integration. He is known for his ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and to build bridges between vision and execution, product and market, and teams in shifting industries. He holds a master's degree in marketing and data from HEC Montréal and completed a doctoral-level diploma in innovation management at Université de Sherbrooke, where he still teaches the marketing of technological innovation at the Faculty of Engineering. He regularly writes and speaks on transformation and leadership, and sits on two nonprofit boards.
