EDGY is an incredible tool to co-create an enterprise. The Venn Diagram is the perfect level to help everybody share their view point on an enterprise. While having an overview is great to start the conversation, it is not enough to create or improve an enterprise. During our second year with EDGY at &friends, we started seeing patterns in how people navigate between facets and intersections, where people start with their analysis and how deep some project can go.
This conference will discuss flight levels, how deep and complex you should go with EDGY, and what facets and element affinity are. Maybe there is something there that will help you navigate EDGY in your context.
This is not a story on how you should use EDGY, it’s a story on how we adapted when we saw the wave coming and when the wind changed its direction. After all, you don’t learn to cross the ocean by reading about it, you learn by sailing.
