The Early-Stage Code uses the EDGY formula (People perform Activities, using Objects, to achieve Outcomes) to map 19 Founder Outcomes across all three facets and three intersections into a dependency graph. The order of resolution — not the volume of activity — determines whether an enterprise becomes fundable.
The session reveals how EDGY's facet structure exposed dependency chains that startup advice misses: why Deep Understanding (Experience) must feed Purpose (Identity) before Architecture outcomes are credible, and why facet interplay is what investors evaluate. Attendees will see the Founder's Outcome Map, the five-layer instrument architecture, and real cases (Superhuman, Notion) analysed through EDGY.
