Organisational design has called upon a variety of tools created by humans from various sources. 

We have taken up the mission to reconnect the organisational context with Nature’s biological processes and operating system. Therefore, our offer is to take particpants on a reflexive session recalling Nature’s capacity for resilience that could easily apply to entreprises/organisations.

This workshop will provide the opportunity to analyse one’s organisation through the philosophy of permaculture which encourages notions familiar to our organisational environnement: stakeholders, systemic approach, value adding strategy, design principles derived using whole-systems thinking. Come and discover, through concrete practice, the governance model of «Permaentreprise» (ref : Norsys) in conjuction with the notion of performance in opposition to robutness. (ref : O. Hamant, Institut Serres). This inovative point of view will encourage a different perspective to organisational design.
