The presentation covers a number of enterprise innovation cases that focus on practice. Practice is contexualised within the digital economy to show that design work is highly integrated and facilitating discipline within enterprise product and service delivery. Research into design as work is then tackled, as understanding this topic requires new and mixed methods, applied to the cases. Learnings from the research indicate that purposeful enterprises adopt a combination of practices to succeed.
