David's passion lies in helping businesses understand and adapt to a changing world through a blend of systems thinking, design thinking, and architecture.
Ben is a founding Partner of Konvergent and has worked within the architecture and enterprise design industry for over 20 years. Ben’s role within Konvergent is focused on service innovation and is always looking at ways the industry can innovative and improve, especially when it comes to communicating with senior business stakeholders. This work has helped Konvergent achieve recognition with C level executives including Tesco, British Telecom, WPP and Arup amongst others. Outside of work his interest include golf, football cycling and providing an on-demand entertainment service for his three children!
Mohamed Abdel-Gadir is Head of Visual Communications at Konvergent. Drawing influences and fusing aspects from multiple design and digital media disciplines from his 10+ years in the industry, he is pushing the boundaries of design, visual storytelling and communication in the architecture and business design space. When not using his creativity to help global organisations breathe life into their communications, he channels it through music production, art, and social enterprise.
