Case Study of organisational design for 2 largest gas distribution businesses merger in Ontario. I contributed decision framework that looked at enterprise values, goals, and capabilities to recommend new structure that would deliver on the integration targets while maintaining core values of respect, integrity, and diversity. Team collaboration was key to be able to pick the best of both worlds to build new vision. The result was a fit for purpose organisation with clear accountabilities.
Maria is a life-long learner passionate about Enterprise Design, Business Architecture and Problem Solving. She has experience in both consulting, and client organizations across multiple industries from government sector to children entertainment, international e-commerce, and energy.
