In Nov 2020, we delivered a lightweight venture studio configuration aimed at creating value. Success was: building a purpose driven model for this collective, establishing influence and fund opportunities, and a stakeholder-centric approach in the disabled/senior ecosystem linked to several forms of capital: social, human and economic. 3 ventures created in 6 months, 2 selected and pushed into MVP. We reframed the interactions between entities, as well as the way we define value.
