Early career started in aviation industry IT, and knowledge management. After launching a design agency, client work expanded to management consulting, spanning different domains from health & beauty, energy, and the entertainment industry. Currently focused on projects related to well-being (financial/health&beauty/energy) that empower people to better understand themselves so that they can reach fulfilling goals in life.

Dennis has worked on strategic design initiatives in organizations for over 15 years. He focuses on aligning perspectives of people, business, and technology to create impactful products and enterprises designed to deliver. As a managing partner at Enterprise Design Associates, he worked on assignments with large organizations such as United Nations, OECD, Deutsche Telekom, Toyota, SAP, and Boeing, as well as medium-sized tech companies. Dennis is a contributor to the Enterprise Design Framework and Enterprise Design trainer. He is a co-founder of the Intersection Conference series and the Design Director of the Intersection Group.

Bartek is a co-founder of Together, designer and consultant with over 13 years of experience. He worked with brands like: Orange, HP, Google, BNP Paribas Cardif and Arab National Bank. Together with Google for Startups community he is helping startups from across the world to deliver a great impact to their customers. For the last 6 years he is managing the designers' team in Together agency in Warsaw.
